After perfecting his skills in a renowned roasted duck shop in Guangzhou for many years, the founder has managed to merge his skills with distinct Singaporean styles and influences to perfect a recipe for delectable and flavourful roast duck. The use of advanced 360° rotation technology with controlled temperature ensures that every single duck is evenly roasted to perfection- crispy on the outside while retaining the tender meat and juices on the inside.
