Corporate gifting made easy: By choosing to gift E-Vouchers, we eliminate the hassle of physical gift procurement and distribution. Unique reward codes can also be generated to reduce administrative work of assigning E-Vouchers.

How to purchase?

There are 3 ways to purchase our E-Vouchers depending on your requirements and how you wish for the recipients to receive the E-Vouchers.

Option A: Via L Privileges Mobile App

1. Purchaser must have a valid L Privileges member prior to purchase.
2. Up to 30 pieces of E-Vouchers in one denomination ($10 or $50) can be done per order. Limited to $1,000 worth of E-Vouchers in each L Privileges member account.
3. Payment must be made in-app via Credit cards, Google Pay or Apple Pay.
4. E-Vouchers will be instantly credited to purchaser’s wallet.
5. Gifting of each E-Vouchers can be done individually via SMS. Unlimited number of recipients.
6. Validity of the E-Vouchers will be automatically set for 1 year from date of purchase.

Option B: Via Customer Service counters at Jurong Point/ AMK Hub

1. Purchaser must be a valid L Privileges member to purchase.
2. For purchase in block of 5 pieces of E-Vouchers in $10 denomination. Limited to $1,000 worth of E-Vouchers in each L Privileges member account.
3. Payment can be made via PayNow at the Customer Service Counter.
4. E-Vouchers will be instantly credited to purchaser’s wallet.
5. Gifting of each E-Vouchers individually via SMS. Unlimited number of recipients.
6. Only available at Customer Service counters at Jurong Point (JP2, Level 3) or AMK Hub (Level 2).
7. Validity of the E-Vouchers will be automatically set for 1 year from date of purchase.

Option C: Via Order Form (for unique reward codes)

1. Purchaser need not be an L Privileges member.
2. Supports purchase of unlimited number of E-Vouchers via unique redemption codes. Minimum purchase of $100 required.
3. Flexible E-Voucher validity: 1 year validity starts from specified start date, giving recipients ample time to enjoy their benefits.
4. Available payment modes: Bank transfer and PayNow via UEN.

How it works for Order Form:

1. Submit order: Submit bulk purchase order form here
2. Confirmation: Our dedicated staff will promptly review your order within three (3) working days. You will receive confirmation to ensure all details are in order.
3. Payment: Upon confirmation, proceed to make the payment as instructed.
4. E-Voucher Delivery: Once payment is received, we will generate the required number of unique redemption codes and send them to your email. Please allow up to 7 working days of processing time upon payment receipt.
5. User Guide: To make redemption a breeze for your recipient(s), we will include a user guide with the redemption code(s).

Note for Order Form:

1. E-Vouchers in denomination of $10 only. Please indicate the total number of E-Vouchers and number of recipients.
2. Limited to $1,000 worth of E-Vouchers in each L Privileges recipient's account.
3. Number of unique redemption codes can be determined either by the number of recipients or number of E-Voucher. Some examples below.
