Terms & Conditions

1. Transactions must be scanned at point of purchase via the member QR code with a minimum spend of S$20 at participating retailers within the same-day, same-mall on the L Privileges App. The qualifying spending must be scanned to the same account.
2. For supermarket spending at AMK Hub & Jurong Point, member must present same-day, same-mall receipts along with member QR code at Customer Service to earn Points and be eligible for game chance.
3. For supermarket spending at Swing By @ Thomson Plaza, member must present same-day, same-mall receipts along with member QR code at Fairprice Finest Customer Service to earn Points and be eligible for game chance.
4. To qualify for 10,000 Points, a minimum spend of S$180 (or S$360 at supermarket/hypermarket) at Jurong Point and AMK Hub or S$120 (or S$240 at supermarket/hypermarket) at Swing By @ Thomson Plaza is required within a maximum of 3 same-day, same mall receipts at participating L Privileges retailers. 1 redemption per member per day per mall, maximum of 3 redemptions per member throughout the promotion period.
   1. Jurong Point: Limited to the first 150 (weekday) /300 (weekend & PH) daily
   2. AMK Hub: Limited to the first 150 (weekday) /250 (weekend & PH) daily
   3. Swing By @ Thomson Plaza: Limited to the first 20 (weekday) /40 (weekend & PH) daily
5. Limited to 1 redemption per L Privileges member per mall per day on a first come first serve, while stocks last basis.
6. Redemption of 10,000 Points must be done at Customer Service Counter (10am to 10pm) at AMK Hub (L2) & Jurong Point (L3). For Swing By @ Thomson Plaza, redemption is at Level 1 Atrium, next to The Canopy™ (12pm – 9pm) on a first-come-first-served, while stocks last basis.
